Dear guys,
We are sorry to have to inform you that due to serious reasons of personal nature we are forced to suspend our activities, including the realization of the Fantaheroes Convention.

We know this is a big disappointment for all of you and it breaks our hearts .
We are also deeply sad for this cancellation cause we worked very hard and spent a lot of energy, time an money to make this happen.

We were organizing a great event, managed to bring for the first time in Italy some of your most loved actors and be forced to cancel this is very hard to accept.
Unfortunately, however, what happened is an unexpected and unpredictable event, which is not about the organization but enters the personal sphere and can't be overcome.

We want to reassure everyone that we will refund each euro you sent us. We will start refund transfers in two days and we will try to complete all of them within 15 days.

Please send an email to info@fantasyintouch.com with the following details:

EMAIL SUBJECT: first and last name used for your registration on the website + order numbers to be refunded

EMAIL TEXT:
- first and last name used for your registration on the website
- order numbers to refund (you can find it preceeded by # on the purchase confirmation email. If you have more than 1 order, please write all the numbers divided by a "/". Example: 1234 / 1235)
- total € to be refunded (if you made more transfers at different times, please write both the total and the singles amounts)
- full name of the Bank account holder
- IBAN

Payments Made via Paypal will be refunded automatically.
