Spend Saturday Night (watching SUPERNATURAL) with James Marsters at Mid-Ohio Comic Con | JM-TOP

Spend Saturday Night with James at Mid-Ohio Comic Con

Kick back and watch Supernatural with James on a big screen as he gives you behind the scenes commentary.   Afterwards, enjoy a Q&A discussing the episode (or anything else you’ve been dying to talk about).   Lastly, get ready to usher in the spirit of Halloween with some scary (and factual) stories told by James and followed up with a brief fun quiz and raffle give aways.  The event will be held in the Hyatt adjacent to the convention center.

Supernatural Photos: Charisma Carpenter & James Marsters Guest Star in Episode 7.05

Last week saw a Firefly alum (Jewel Staite) guest star on Supernatural and now two more members of the Joss Whedon universe will be making an appearance in the October 21 episode. Two Buffy: The Vampire Slayer alumni specifically: Charisma Carpenter and James Marsters.

The former Buffy co-stars are reuniting in an episode entitled "Shut Up, Dr. Phil". Carpenter plays Maggie Stark, a witch who is going through a terrible divorce from her husband, Donald (played by Marsters), after he had an affair.  While her marriage disintegrates, Maggie decides to go on a spree, terrorizing and killing the poor citizens of her town (and making them drink martinis with eyeballs as garnish - which is just completely unfair to martini drinkers!).

Sam and Dean are quickly on the case and track down Donald, hoping that he can help them control Maggie's quest for vengeance.

I love the casting for this episode and can't wait to see Carpenter and Marsters (who look terrific, by the way) reunite on screen.
